Zhom When cooking, I enjoy!
Ingredients for two persons:
- some fresh mushrooms
- shrimps
- molds
- 2 pike dumplings
- nuts Saint-Jacques
- 1 jar of cream
- 50 cl bechamel
Sweat the mushrooms and reserve.
Cut shrimp and dumplings.
Sauté nuts and reserve.
Coat pan generously with olive oil and add shrimp, mussels and then the nuts and dumplings with mushrooms.
Then add the jar of cream.
2 minutes in a pan and then 20 minutes in oven at 150 °
Spoon crumbs 10 minutes before the end of cooking.
Pour over hot rice! Bon appetite
all served with a Burgundy white grape ...
