Ingredients :
125gr flour 250 ml milk 10 gr sugar
100g butter
melted 4 eggs
10 grams of salt
1/4de
stick vanilla 50 gr icing sugar
Preparation :
Fairebouillir 1 / 4 pint of milk with 1 / 4 stick of vanilla and let the engine cool
In a bowl, mix 125g of farineavec 4 egg yolks, a pinch of salt and a tablespoon sugar CAFED
Mix with milk and melted butter (100g)
Working on anything to get a smooth paste àlaquelle you gently fold the 4 egg whites until stiff battusen
Sprinkle top with powdered sugar oubien chocolate, strawberries or whipped cream to taste!
All wafers were swallowed before I had time to take a picture!
