- ½ cup butter softened
-2 green onions, finely chopped
-3 to 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped -1

- ½ cup chopped fresh parsley Preparation

In a skillet, melt half the butter and heat. Add
snails, garlic and white wine.
Heat and cover.
Cook for five minutes. for warming the snails.
Meanwhile, put the cheese and remaining butter in food processor.
Linking the two and add the onions and parsley.
Mix.
Add snails and broth from cooking and jogging.
When the mixture is homogeneous, in a dish.
Garnish with fresh parsley and refrigerate. Freezes.
